Pericarpium Trichosanthis 9 grams
Lily Bulb 9 grams
Hawthorn Berry 5 grams
Dried Ginger 3 grams
Other tips
Moderate your stress level.
Skip one or two meals per week.
Vigorous exercise 45 minutes a day, 5 times a week.
Avoid spicy food.
Do video 72, 87, and 157, 321 twice a day.
Reduce sugary foods, processed foods, deep fried foods as much as you can.
Try to go to bed before 11pm.
