About Kathy
Kathy (Tianyu) Zhang graduated from Anhui College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in 1985, where she studied both TCM and Western Medicine for five years to earn a Bachelor of Medicine.
In 1992, she earned a Master Degree in Public Health from Faculté de Médecine, Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in Belgium.
She is now a licensed Acupuncturist in the state of California, USA and a Registered Acupuncturist in the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
She has been working in the field of TCM for more than 30 years.
Kathy shares simple and effective tips and exercises for general health and beauty based on the ancient wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Kathy's tips have been used by thousands of her loyal followers who practice them on a daily basis all over the world.
Wellspring Clinic for Holistic Medicine
Kathy and her husband, Dr. Weidong Yu run a clinic in Vancouver, BC. which specializes in treating Retinitis Pigmentosa and other eye diseases with acupuncture and herbal medicine.
At Wellspring Clinic in Vancouver, Canada, they developed a treatment protocol for Retinitis Pigmentosa patients: “Wellspring Vision Improvement Protocol (WVIP)”.
Since 1999, Dr Yu and Kathy have treated over 800 cases of Retinitis Pigmentosa successfully.
Dr Yu and Kathy don’t limit their practice to eye diseases, they also have treated patients with problems such as hearing loss, infertility, insomnia, weight issues, skin problems, joint paint and even cancer.
